Replacement Cooler Handle

My first order from RGD arrived as open empty package. I immediately reached out to “the company” only to find out it was only Jeff and Kim. I explained what happened and without any questions or push back, Jeff said, “I’ll resend the your items on the next business day!”

As a small business myself, it’s not easy to swallow this cost. However, Jeff went above and beyond to make sure his customer (me) was taken care of and completely satisfied with my order and that I received my items from him. The second order arrived a few days later and were exactly the items I needed to fix my cooler. This type of service is not very common these days and I’m extremely grateful that I had the pleasure of ordering from RGD (Jeff and Kim). This helps me to solidify my ideas of supporting small businesses like RGD and sharing my 1 experience with them. It only took this 1 order RGD to earn my business from now on. I’ll continue to use RGD for all my parts needs and I’m now I’ve become a life long customer to them! GREAT IOB!!!

The handle was just as described. it is as good if not better than the original and fit perfectly.
