Shipping policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment during working days and are shipped via UPS Ground with tracking and drop-off without signature or some cases via USPS. If you prefer delivery by FEDEX, UPS Express, and/or with required signature, an additional cost will be applied. Please contact us for more specific delivery options if needed. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

We ship via UPS ground and United States Postal Service (USPS) from our Wisconsin warehouse, orders ship to anywhere in the continental United States typically within five business days, and within seven business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited shipping and fulfillment is available for an additional fee(s). For orders of 6 or more units we prefer you contact us at sales(at)rugidgear.com or 833-777-8443 so we may assist you with your order. Corporate gift orders of more than 24 units may require additional lead time.

Standard shipping fees include $9 flat rate UPS Ground or USPS shipping. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order if placed separately. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to provide safe delivery of your RUGID products ordered. Packaging is amply sized and your items are well-protected. 

We offer a no-hassle 30 day return policy. Simply return your RUGID product in original packaging via any trackable method along with your original order number to:
